Our Process

We keep fabrication projects running smoothly with a structured approach that reduces risk and delivers on time:

We start by understanding your project goals, specifications, and schedule.

Existing designs or sketches are reviewed with our engineering team for feasibility and optimization.

Once we know your concept and project timing, we will develop a detailed scope of work and estimate.

Our design team will create shop drawings and parts lists for the shop. Shop fabrication uses capable equipment and skilled welders to produce parts that meet your tolerances and requirements.

We handle industrial coatings, painting, and surface finishing to protect and enhance your products.

Fabricated products are delivered securely to your site or to our installation team. Or the customer can pick them up at our Owensboro facility.

Our team will install our custom fabrications per site drawings. They can also be hired separately to support site shutdowns, act as contract maintenance support, or execute projects requiring millwright, welding, and ironworker skills.
